The next Red Hook Crit race in Barcelona is coming closer, which excites me a lot. This is why I dug up some pictures of last year's race, by Antonio Navarro Wijkmark.
I started working with Team F.A.S.T. Amsterdam, only one month before the race in Barcelona. It was definitely still in its "storming" process. All riders had to get used to the team processes. But the spirit was good.
^ Yvo, Fred and Piet during the qualifiers.
^ The team. Right after the qualifiers.
^ Stefania Baldi, our beloved strong rider from Milan, during the qualifiers. Unfortunately she didn't qualify, but was the fastest woman in the field. I'm very happy that there's a seperate women field since the crit in Red Hook, early 2014.
Piet, short before the start of the finals. He rode a very promising qualifier - 18th time of the field.
Off they go.
Check out Fish' awesome wheels, illustrated by Rachel Sender (who is from Barcelona originally)!
Fish rode some majestic turns in this event. This is one of his big strengths. Very very stable riding. Great to watch.
The most crazy thing of it all, was that Fish won.

Cheerful war on the podium.
