That's what they say in Mexico to encourage someone. Thomas Dekker already has loads of courage, because he's going to try to break the hour record. He will try this in Mexico, on the velodrome of Aguascalientes which lies 1870 meters above sea level, and it will happen on Wednesday 25th of February.
We had the honor to design the graphic representation of Thomas Dekker's Hour Record Koga Bike.
This project had lots of constraints and was under a lot of time pressure. We like that. No room for trial, error and correction. It was short and intense and lots of fun. Great to get to meet Thomas Dekker who is a great guy, and to see how he's preparing for his hour of suffering. I know you can do it!!
Or as they say in Mexico: ¡ÁNDALE! ¡ÁNDALE! ¡ÁNDALE!
Make sure you follow him during his attempt on the 25th of February. It can probably be viewed live on the UCI YouTube channel:https://www.youtube.com/user/ucichannel
For now, you can see lots of behind-the-scenes pictures via the FB page of the velodrome in Aguascalientes:
Thank you Martin Schuttert / KOGA / SEG Cycling for this opportunity!

^ That's how it was meant to be. (Nevermind the Omnium crankset. :-| )
